Membership entitles you to:

• Attend the Guiding Workshop to train to become a museum guide
• Participate in study groups
• Enjoy discounted fees and preference on local and out-of-country excursions, at homes and lectures.
• Receive the NMV monthly newsletter
• Use the NMV library (Possibility to borrow books)

Membership fees:
Local: 1200 Baht (1800 Baht for couple)
Overseas: 2000 Baht or US$60 (for cheque drawn on a US bank)

Please complete all details on the Membership Application Form and mail to the address below with a crossed cheque of 1200 Baht for residents in Thailand (1800 Baht for couple) or 2000 Baht or US $60 (for cheque drawn on a US bank) for an overseas subscription, made payable to NATIONAL MUSEUM VOLUNTEERS.
We regret Postal Orders cannot be accepted.

You can print the Application, fill it and pay the fee at the Library during the opening's hours ( Wednesdays from 10 am to 4 pm, Thursdays from 10 am to 1 pm. Except Thai holidays).

NMV Financial Contributions

The Steering Committee has reviewed the membership fees and also the entrance donations made by members and non members attending NMV activities.

This review has concluded that NMV membership fees will increase from the 1st of May 2009.
From this date, these will be:
- single membership Baht 1.200
- couples membership Baht 1.800
- overseas membership Baht 2.000

Some of the entrance donations for members will be lowered but they will be increased for non members. These will also apply from 1st of May 2009.

Monthly Lectures:	Baht 100	Baht 200
Introductory lecture series:	One morning: Baht 200	One morning: Baht 400
	Whole series: Baht 700	Whole series: Baht 1500
At Homes:	Baht 200	Baht 400 (if space is available)
Guiding workshop (any language): Baht 2000
Study groups: Free but these are only open to members.
Use of the library: Free and restricted to members.
For excursions, the price varies according to the costs incurred. The land content fees for non-members will be an additional Baht 200 for a half-day excursion and an additional Baht 500 for a full day excursion. The weekend excursions will be assessed on a trip by trip basis.

The Steering Committee is endeavouring to balance member's budgets with the the NMV's aim to be sustainable while supporting the National Museum Bangkok.
